Access is limited to the named engineers on your engagement, operating under least-privilege permissions and confidentiality agreements. Wherever possible we work inside your environment with credentials you control and can revoke, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We conform to your security policies rather than asking you to conform to ours.

Everything belongs to you. Pipelines, code, and documentation live in your repositories and your environment from the start, so ending the engagement doesn't strand anything on our side. We complete a structured handoff with documentation and walkthroughs, and we retain no access and no copies of your data.

We're tool-agnostic. If your existing stack serves your goals, we build on it. We recommend a change only when there's a clear, explainable justification such as cost, scalability, or maintainability, and never to create platform lock-in. The architecture should fit your team's ability to run it, not our preferences.

It depends on scope, the number and complexity of data sources, and the state of your data quality, so we won't pretend there's one number. What we commit to: scoping produces a concrete timeline before you sign on for the build, and we deliver in increments so useful pipelines land early rather than everything arriving at the end.

Managed data services typically cover pipeline monitoring, incident response, routine maintenance, minor enhancements, and ongoing optimization within an agreed scope and SLA. Net-new pipeline builds and major architectural changes are scoped separately, and the boundary is defined explicitly in your agreement, so there's no ambiguity about what triggers additional cost.
